As part of our dedicated on-site team, we have a qualified Reiki Master to lead sessions for Sunrise Sound Bathing and Group Gong Meditation to relieve stress and align body & mind in harmony. A blissful part of our retreats to reset.
Private Reiki healing sessions are also offered throughout the weekend for an additional fee if you wish to delve further into your wellbeing.
Themed parties & games for mingling
A true highlight of the weekend is always our Saturday night sundown party! Get together for drinks, a live DJ, party games and to dance the night away! This is often where sparks fly and those coy looks at the start of the weekend turn into full on flirtations....
We host quizzes and games throughout the weekend with prize giveaways from our sponsors!
Fitness & dance classes to get energised
Our very own Personal Trainer is on hand to lead fun-filled fitness classes to get your blood pumping and help you feel good in your body. His classes always generate a buzz!
We also have a dedicated Dance Instructor leading afro-fusion dance classes full of hip-swaying and sexy moves to light that fire within and bring out the chemistry on the dance floor...show us what you've got!

I am travelling alone, why is my price higher?
It is standard in most hotels, that single occupancy rooms incur a supplementary cost. You can secure your retreat package for less by bringing a friend/partner and sharing a room!
I am not single, should my partner and I come along?
Compatible Connextions is all about partnership, and couples need to get away too! Anyone is welcome at our Wellbeing Retreat, but it is mainly geared towards singles. We do now have a specially curated Couples Retreat which we highly recommend.
I am single, how will I meet someone?

Our Wellbeing Retreat is for anyone who wants to meet new people, have fun and connect! Whether your intention is romantic, social or your focus is personal wellbeing, we have something for you. Our retreats attract people from 30-60 years old, is a mix of men and women and everybody always feels welcome and happy on our retreats.
